According to TMZ, there is reason to believe that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s divorce is “imminent.” The outlet confirmed through its sources that the couple is “quietly” trying to sell their $60 million home.
The house, which is 38,000 square feet and located on five acres of land, was purchased together in June 2023 following a low-key Las Vegas chapel ceremony. The asking price for the home is $65 million.

Sources tell TMZ that J.Lo “is already looking for a new house.” There has been no official communication from either Lopez or Affleck regarding a divorce, and both parties are reportedly still wearing their wedding rings.
